Casting Speed is the speed at which a character uses Techniques. This is known to be influenced by the following factors:
- What Technique is being cast
- Whether a Wand or a Rod is being used (the former being quicker)
- The current level of the Technique in question
- Whether Head Units that influence one's Casting Speed are being used
