A light-based TECHNIC. Converts the HP into an attack based on the length of button input and PP.
TECHNIC details
- Can be bought from Ohtoku City's GUARDIANS Branch for 90 PA Fragments.
- Inflicts damage to each enemy in a certain range around the character.
- 30% of the damage per enemy is also inflicted to the character that casts this TECHNIC.
- PP decreases while the button is held down.
