- This decoration currently is available only on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers. It can be obtained by earning the title "Um... Let's Go Back" (be incapacitated without a Scape Doll 150 times).
- This decoration is based on a popular Japanese ghost story known as 番町皿屋敷 (Banchou sarayashiki, or Bancho Dish Mansion). In this story, a young servant girl named Okiku is killed by her master (or would-be lover depending on the version of the story being told) by throwing her down a well.
