- The only way of obtaining it is through an AOTI-only enemy, so it kind of is. I think. <_< I know the data for it is in the original PSU, but is there any way for a non-expansion player to access the weapon through a player shop? For example, if an AOTI player sells this weapon in their shop (which is in a room that still uses a base PSU layout), would a base player be able to buy it?
