- A paired version of the Fluorescent Bulb, the item name is a shortening for Twin Fluorescent Bulbs.
- This weapon and its board are not obtainable through regular play.
- The board for this was placed in the common boxes of all players who participated in the 1Up Platinum Cup on the 30th of November, 2007.
