A dark based TECHNIC that boosts all stats to the caster, but also steadily inflicts damage for a short period. It can be obtained from the Neudaiz Guardians branch for 25 PA fragments.
Additional Information
Unlike the other four stat boosting TECHNICs (Shifta, Deband, Zodial, and Retier), Megistar only affects the user.
