The general theme of the Rappy Amure appears to be "to show as many hearts as possible".
Known drops of the Rappy Amure include the Rappy Feather typical to all breeds of rappy, and the BT Lovers room decoration that is part of the event. It appears that on the EN versions, nobody has found anything else yet, however the JP wiki here (Google translation link) states that [B] Kohibumiteri (a board for a heart-themed 10* bow) can be found from level 80+ rappies.
