GUARDIANS Chronicle 3rd is an event for the Japanese PC servers which began July 20, 2011, and ran through August 18, 2011.
Project "GUARDIANS Chronicle" -- a plan to create new training simulations by transforming the battles and military operations of the GUARDIANS into virtual reality.
Numerous private security firms and the AMF have given their highest praises to the project based on the results of its previous two runs. On the other hand, since the recent Clad 0 incident, it has become quite apparent how necessary it is to create and even more sophisticated simulator. So, at the request of numerous agencies, senior GUARDIANS management have decided to initiate "GUARDIANS Chronicle 3rd!"
The GUARDIANS will pass on their experiences to everyone for the sake of peace across Gurhal!

Event overview
GUARDIANS Chronicle 3rd breathes new life into old favorite missions from past events. Initially, only one mission, which first appeared in the Spring Event, will be available, but a second mission (originally featured in The Great Arms Race) will be unlocked through panel rewards.
As with the original GUARDIANS Chronicle, this event features both panel and individual rewards based around enemies killed in the event missions. See the rewards section below for further information.

Event rewards
At the end of each event mission, the total number of enemies killed by you and your party will be tallied for both server-wide and individual totals. The server-wide count will go toward unlocking reward panels while individual tallies act as a type of currency which can be used to buy a wide range of items from the event's prologue mission. Check out the sections below for full details.
Panel rewards
Enemy kills tallied for the server-wide total go toward unlocking the panel rewards displayed below. While the majority of the panels comprise the normal set of event rewards, such as megaholy fortune and increased synthesis and grinding success rates, one panel will unlock a new event mission. The data below applies only to the Japanese PC version of the event.
5,000,000 | 10,000,000 | 12,000,000 | 14,000,000 |
---|---|---|---|
16,000,000 | 18,000,000 | 20,000,000 | 22,500,000 |
25,000,000 | 30,000,000 | ||
Individual rewards
Aside from the server-wide tally, the total number of enemies you and your party defeat in the event missions will be added to an individual count. This total can be used as a type of currency which can be spent at the event's prologue mission, Chronicle HQ 3rd. Speak to Clamp to trade for brand new gear and some valuable materials!
