A ground-based TECHNIC. Creates a field that reduces damage from physical attacks.
TECHNIC details
- This TECHNIC is available at the RSD Trading Station where it can be obtained for 1000 AMP.
- When leveling this TECHNIC, note that it will only gain experience if at least one of the "bubbles" has been broken. As long as at least one bubble has been broken, you will get experience for it, and experience gained does NOT scale with the number of bubbles left.
