A "Comment" implies an explanation or opinion. An "Effect" is a factual result. The result of linking a item to a slot is an effect, not a comment. Comments can be their own subsection. A "Quote" is a quotation. "Chat shortcut" is an in-game term. Chat is more specific. "It came from outer orbit. You can't have one." is a quote.
