The way we've always done this is by assuming that 20 represents LV20-29, 100 for LV100-124, etc. The range is just implied by the template number, so an actual range wouldn't have to be identified by the template. Does Howzer have all these different levels? Really you only need to create conditional statements for the levels on which he exists...unless you're using this somewhere other than the mission pages?

The way we've always done this is by assuming that 20 represents LV20-29, 100 for LV100-124, etc. The range is just implied by the template number, so an actual range wouldn't have to be identified by the template.
