The Japanese name of this customization is フルカスタムパワー.
Boosts the base (0/10) attack/TECHNIC power of fully upgraded (10/10) weapons by 10% per level. At LV2, power is boosted by 20%.
While this customization only works with fully upgraded weapons, keep in mind that the bonus is applied to the weapon's original, non-upgraded power stat, not its power stat at 10/10.
