Revives and cures any incapacitated allies near the one who uses it.

If used when a nearby party member is incapacitated, it revives them with all of their maximum HP.
Not available at NPC shops.
Item max: 10.
Can be obtained in a stack of ten by earning the title "Group Medic" (revive an incapacitated ally ten times).
This item is known as Cosmo Atomizer on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers.
