Offline: Earn an S-rank on the mission Endrum Underground.

Online: No known drops as of today (December 16, 2006), even in the Japanese version. The offline item page on PSU-Wiki (Japanese) says (Item) Synthesis under Network Mode, but the network page doesn't have an item page for this. --Seikas2 12:58, 16 December 2006 (PST)
