EspioKaos: Speed increase would be indicated by 300%, not 33%. Just something we have to take into consideration due to the JP version calling it a "casting time" bonus while EN calls it a "speed" bonus.

EspioKaos: moved Yasakani no Magatama to Yasakani Magatama: Got to shorten this name just a bit. It's technically still correct without the "no," so nothing is lost in the meaning. Also, turns out this is what it was called in PSOBB.
