In the 3rd block you will encounter the blue lasersed fence, once all your friends arrive there it will open, if you get a NPC character your chances are boosted to 25 percent, if you didnt get a key on the 2nd block then you have 50 percent chance. Getting Curtz as NPC boosts your chances more.
