* The structure of [[Story missions|story missions]] was altered slightly. Whereas players originally were assigned a difficulty based on their level, it has been changed to allow you to select which of the three available difficulties you would like to play.
* The attack power of many [[Skills|skills]] was adjusted.
* GH-430, GH-440 and GH-450 [[Partner machines|partner machines]] received a status adjustment to boost their damage output.
* Traps also received a boost in power.
* The rarity of [[Moon Atomizer X]] and [B] [[Moon Atomizer X]] has been changed from 7★ to 6★, thus downgrading it from a rare item to a normal item.
