The statement appears to have little backing and seems nothing more than a rumour or mistake. Any chance the user who made this edit could explain it? I will point out that adding rumours with no proof is harmful to the wiki as a whole. CASTs run Parum because their politics - free from petty human subtleties (but at the same time lacking the positives of impulsive emotion) - unified a fractured and war-torn planet. It is still the Human planet though, CASTs just make up the bureaucracy. It could be called the CAST planet too, but to be honest they seem just as prevalent on the Colony.
