== Mission Description ==
(From the in-game Vision Phone Recap)

The mission is a search for Rigel, representative of the planet Moatoob. Heads from all the planets have been called to the G. Colony for an anti-SEED remnant conference, but Rigel failed to show up on the scheduled date. His contacts on Moatoob state that he'd already left, and no word has been heard from him since his departure.
