	from what i've seen so far there is no way to learn a tech that is a diffrent level from its charged effect. if i know foie lv6 i also know rafoie lv6. i think we can eliminate the charged effect's level and just put its consumption. i'd like to try my hand at simplifying the tech chart if no one objects. −	While trying to get the PSU section in better order, I used a number of the special pages to help out. Unfortunately, I don't know if or how I can sort out pages with prefixes. "PSP" or "PS0" pages won't show up in certain places. I know this page needs to be sorted out, but it would be helpful if all the additional pages (not to mention the same for PSP) were linked somewhere in the tree. In the future, it would be REALLY helpful if we had search style options for the special pages (for narrowing down categories/ignoring user pages/whatever) or at least having all the pages come up (not just the not prefixed ones). That said, it would probably help if we started splitting off some pages. Maybe beginning with putting much of the stat data into tables.
