Giga / Skill PP Save

The Giga / Skill PP Save is and A class armor slot.

It's saves pp the same way the Giga /Bullet PP saves.(Except it works to benefit melee Photon Arts.)

Also it drops from Rappy's that are at least Lvl. 50
