*Old Beast: What's that big tower that appeared on Parum? Quit looking at me like that! Are you trying to make a fool out of me? Just because I'm old doesn't mean I can't beat you, boy! So, you gonna tell me about that tower or what? Huh? Is it a secret or something? Don't mock me!

*Beast Male: You're friends with Tylor!? C-Can you introduce me sometime? I'm a huge fan! Hey! You laughin' at me!? Tylor is so punk-rock! With that Landeel, they don't have to rely on nothin' or nobody... Just living a life without laws... That's the life for me!

*Old Beast: You're really workin' hard out there, ain't ya? You remind me of me when I was younger. I sold a cure-all wonder drug made of Lunga liver. I went door to door until I couldn't walk no more... all just to earn money for my next business. Little by little I was able to increase my sales. Before I knew it, I was in charge of a mining company! I was a huge success... F-Forget it, though... Just a little nostalgic is all...

*Old Beast: All right... I've decided! I'm gonna get off my can and do somethin' with my life! When I see a little brat like you doing such a fine job, it makes me realize I gotta shape up, too! First off, to get back on track I'm gonna start selling Lunga liver again! With just a single bite, all your ailments will be cured instantly! But it tastes something awful. That's kind of the problem I got...

*Old Beast: I got it! How about you tell the president to make Lunga liver a standard part of the GUARDIANS diet?

*Old Beast: Lunga liver is no good... They had some resistance to the SEED infections or somethin'. Now you're not allowed to hunt 'em, except for research purposes. I may be outta luck, but that doesn't mean I'm not still busy! Right now I'm tryin' to think of what I should try to sell next... I guess everything is gonna have its own problems, one way or another. There's no use in letting it get me down though!
